Kovacic Rooms - Split

The hotel had a stunning location. the room was new-fashioned and beautiful. the staff seemed affable and top-class. the property was in the heart of the city. the restaurant was great, I ordered appetizing dishes. It was a very nice stay, the best I had before.

I thoroughly enjoyed the city view from the triple room. Location: the hotel was not far from the main attractions, ferry station and bus station, and the new old town, 2 minute walk towards the old center. The place was right by Konoba Marjan, where you can have dinner.

We stayed for 2 days and had a great time enjoying the amazing location close to all city attractions, delicious local food, and bars.

My room was authentic and exceptional thanks to the helpful staff. the venue's position was central. Everything was simply wonderful.

The food was local and delicious. I have nothing but very pleasant memories from this trip. Everything was perfectly fine during 2 days. I appreciated its best possible and convenient location next to the main attractions. the best local food and sights were easily accessible.

The location in the city center is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the whole experience was really nice from start to finish - would definitely recommend staying here!

The room here is exceptional and fantastic, with creative artistic touches, a fridge, and a comfortable bed; the added convenience of an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and kitchenware is a big bonus.

I had an really good stay at a lovely guesthouse in a great location. The owners welcomed me warmly and even gave me a tour of the city to help me find the best spots. They were generous, offering me wine, ice cream, and even cooking me dinner. They even let me borrow a bike to explore the city. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with everything I needed. Despite a small issue with the WiFi, everything else was perfect. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Split.

Easter break at this hotel was comfortable and convenient. The location was key - close to restaurants and attractions. The clean and nice rooms with comfortable beds were a plus. The host was also very welcoming, providing recommendations and a warm welcome drink. Having a fridge and tea/coffee equipment was very useful.

There were a few issues. there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom which was quite unpleasant.

The hotel was in a wonderful location, which was very close to the city center and just a walking distance away from the beautiful waterfront. Everything we needed was within our reach. the room was nicely decorated, had a TV, air conditioning and even a safe. There were also a hair dryer and extra doves in the bathroom. the fridge in the room was very useful but took too long to cool our drinks.

There was no parking available on the property as stated in the listing, and we had to spend a lot of time searching for a free spot on the streets around the hotel.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the old town. the staff were helpful and friendly. They were always there to assist with any questions or concerns we had during our stay.

There were a few drawbacks during our time at the hotel. The hot water ran out quickly, making it difficult to enjoy a hot shower.

the host at the room was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, surprising us with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The interior and decoration of the room were beautiful, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. I would definitely choose this place again for my next visit to Split.
